Tide Confirms Move to Onyx: New Eco-Modern HQ Sets Stage for Global Creative Growth

Tide has confirmed the purchase of a landmark new facility at Exeter’s Skypark, near Exeter Airport. A contemporary eco-modern business development in the heart of the South West. More than a new HQ, this space is a custom-designed creative space, built to power Tide’s continued evolution as a leading creative agency.

With the exterior build completing this July, the team will take occupancy in August. The internal fit-out—engineered around production workflows and high-performance client engagement—will go live in September. The third-floor expansion, designed for long-term scale, is already in planning, with completion expected in late 2025 to early 2026.

Built for Creativity at Pace

Unit 24 of the Onyx development is being transformed into a cutting-edge studio and strategic hub tailored specifically to Tide’s multi-sector work. From campaign planning and automotive shoots to immersive brand experiences, every inch of the space is designed to serve the agency’s model: content meets consultancy, ideas meet impact.

The building features:

  • 3 level studio space with ground floor receptions and event space, dedicated editing studios and storage capabilities.
  • A ground floor car display showcasing Tide’s tracking vehicles.
  • A floor-mounted F1-style single-seater mounted above the staircase
  • A glass-fronted boardroom for client strategy sessions
  • A custom kitchen and lounge bar for hosting Cars and Coffee and Seabed Events
  • A dedicated social area for collaborative downtime
  • State of the Art design and editing studio

Upstairs, the full-width editing suite will accommodate 15 Apple workstations under clean, modular LED strip lighting—built to support both high-end post-production and live content turnaround during events and campaign weeks.

The result is a facility that isn’t just creative—it’s commercial. Tide’s focus remains on speed, clarity, and delivering value at pace. And this building gives the team and clients the infrastructure to scale, collaborate and execute globally, without compromise.

A Foundation for the Future

This move follows a record year of growth for Tide. With major partnerships secured across Europe, the US and China, the new HQ provides a new base to support both international operations and an expanding team of specialists in media, marketing, PR and strategy.

The space will also become the official home of Seabed, Tide’s education and training initiative—offering clients, partners and up-and-coming marketers access to live workshops and private learning experiences led by the team.

Tom Montgomery-Swan, Tide’s co-founder, said:

“We didn’t just want an office—we needed a proper home. This is our next-level play. It brings together everything we’ve built over the years into one focused, high-performance space. We’ve designed it for pace, quality and creativity—just like our work. This is our third studio space and we have taken everything we have learnt and custom built something that truly reflects our workflow and brand”

From here, we scale.
